There were some issues with cleanliness in other areas of the hotel.

The room was lacking basic amenities such as blankets and pillowcases, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to my requests for assistance. The hotel is located in a high crime area. There were cockroaches in my room and no extra security lock on the door. The bathroom door did not close properly and there were broken switches and dirty sheets on the bed. Communication with the staff was difficult due to limited English proficiency. My overall experience was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel.
